Prospective Consortium members have two main investment options:

Option 1: AED 59,000= per candidate if the organisation has 3 or more successful candidates accepted in a cohort.

Option 2: AED 63,000= per candidate if the organisation has less than 3 successful candidates to be accepted in a cohort.

Organisations can also opt to make their candidates contribute towards the cost, the percentage of which can be determined by individual organisations. This approach has proved effective in Emirates since it brings in a sense of ownership and commitment to the candidate not to mention a corporate saving in the long run.
