Leadership Development represents a new initiative for the Emirates Group - formed in 2001 as a combination of Management Training and HR Development functions.

Our Aim
To promote and facilitate learning and development across the Emirates Group and consortium companies, utilising a flexible delivery strategy that incorporates a broad range of options.

Emirates Group Leadership Development are responsible for the development of high potential managers through programmes and processes such as development centres, external partnerships with business schools and world class training and development providers.

The principles behind our approach to leadership development concentrates on flexible learning delivery methods, exposure to world class best practices and reinforced application of behaviour on the job. Intact teams approach, blended learning and 360 degree feedback tools are cornerstones of our leadership development methodology.
