Leadership Development represents a new initiative
for the Emirates Group - formed in 2001 as a combination
of Management Training and HR Development functions.
To promote and facilitate learning and development
across the Emirates Group and consortium companies,
utilising a flexible delivery strategy that incorporates
a broad range of options.

are responsible for the development of high potential
managers through programmes and processes such
as development centres, external partnerships
with business schools and world class training
and development providers.

best practices and reinforced application of behaviour
on the job. Intact teams approach, blended learning
