The 1st International Aviation Management Conference is the premier forum for the presentation of new advances and research results in the field of aviation management. Paper submission:

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding and will be distributed to all the delegates during the conference.

Paper submission

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be accepted by email to iamc2012@emirates.com. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the conference and are subject to both review and editing.

Formatting

Each paper is limited to five pages. Additional pages will be charged (USD 50 per extra page). Please follow the IAMC-2012 Conference template.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the Conference, and attend to present the paper, for the paper to appear in the proceedings and be scheduled for presentation. Each author is limited to submitting/presenting two papers.

Author registration includes: paper presentation, conference proceedings, conference program, name tag, the working lunches and coffee breaks, a small handbag, and an invitation, for one, to the gala dinner.

Listener registration includes: attendance to sessions, proceedings CD, conference program, name tag, the working lunches and coffee breaks, a small handbag, and an invitation, for one, to the gala dinner.

Responsibility and Visa Requirement
In registering for the conference, you agree that the Conference Committees do not accept any liability. You will need to make your own arrangements in respect to health and travel insurance.

For people planning to attend the conference, a visa may be required and you should contact the nearest UAE Embassy or Consulate for more information.

All authors are deemed to be individually and collectively responsible for the content of papers submitted to the Conference. Hence, it is the responsibility of each author to ensure that papers submitted to the Conference attain the highest ethical standards with respect to plagiarism.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions
If a registered participant cannot attend the Conference, a substitute colleague can be accepted. However, if a cancellation is required, we regret that no refunds can be made after registration.
