EAC students enjoy a wide range of extra-curricular activities and events, which make the college a great place to live, study and work.
Sports Activities
The College encourages sporting activities to promote the physical wellbeing of students. On-campus facilities are available for football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, badminton, table tennis and billiards. Several college sports teams participate in local and national competition events, and new members are always welcome.
Social and Cultural Activities
Students are encouraged to organise social and cultural events, and to participate in events organised by other institutions of higher education in the UAE.
Social and cultural events within the College promote a friendly and cooperative environment among students, administrative staff and faculty. Such events also promote ties between students and the local community as well as help students develop leadership skills.
Student Publication
EAC encourages the production of student publications, with support and guidance available from the Student Services Office (SSO).
The Student Council is authorised to publish a newsletter under the supervision of the Student Affairs Officer and students may also propose other publications to the Student Affairs Officer.
Student publications help students to express their opinions and viewpoints to develop their organisational and leadership skills. However, it is important that no published material should violate the rules and regulations of the college or the laws of UAE.
