Course Description

Flight Operations Management courses teaches students the workflow processes and protocols of an International Airline Operations Centre. Students will learn the specific duties and responsibilities of the Flight Operations Officer (Dispatcher) and become candidates for a GCAA-UAE Dispatcher License. The content of the course includes theoretical and applied practical knowledge required to successfully pass the GCAA-UAE written and practical Dispatcher License examination. Course content is also approved and compliant with the FAA, JAA and ICAO.
