Higher National Diploma in Aerospace Engineering

Overview
This advanced Higher National Diploma is designed to provide you with an in-depth knowledge of aircraft and engine design, and the level of maintenance engineering. The HND also enables you to progress towards obtaining a BEng (Honours) Aerospace Technology Degree from Coventry University or a career within an aerospace or aviation industry.

Entry requirements for this course

  • Two GCE Advanced (‘A’) Levels minimum grade ‘C’ in appropriate science or technology subject areas or;
  • High School Certificate or equivalent with a minimum pass mark of 80% or;
  • A BTEC National Diploma in an Engineering Discipline
  • You should be a minimum of 18 years old

Note: Candidates with grades below those stated above will be offered the BTEC National Diploma programme, subject to the relevant requirements.

Completion of the total required number of units will entitle you to a BTEC HND. The above combination of units may, however, be subject to change.
